The hotel is in an amazing location, close to everything, it’s located pretty much inside the Sfera shopping center (there’s an exit leading straight into it), which can be a plus or a minus, depending on who you ask. For us it was completely fine, even great. There is also quite a good restaurant in the hotel. The best thing in the hotel is that they have free water dispensers in corridors, with still, moderately sparkling and very sparkling water.

This is already my 4th time at this hotel. Everything is amazing, the front desk staff is professional and helpful, the breakfasts are wonderful, and the service is great. If you don’t manage to have dinner in the city, you can enjoy a tasty dinner at the hotel at a good price. The evening staff is also fantastic. The hotel's location is fantastic. I will definitely return there next time as well.

The location was great (I didn't check the location so at first I didn't know that the hotel is in the centre). Everything I needed in the hotel, I had it. Staff was very kind and helpful. Loved the time I spent there.

Central location, direct connection to the local mall. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and rich. Wifi is running proper. Room was clean with a kingsize bed. Downtown dinning and drinking places are in walking distance.

The breakfast spread was excellent, so we really enjoyed that. Otherwise, the location is conveniently close to the train station and not far from the main town square. The staff were really helpful too. So, all in all, a positive experience.

Nice hotel and next to shopping center, very big free parking also available. Best thing about the hotel was the breakfast, was very good. Kind of a pity that you have to pay extra to go to the fitness, it's a fitness they work together with, in the shopping center. But would really recommend, is a good hotel!

Food selection is limited but quality is generally good. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Location is ok, not to far away from the main squares.

Good location, close to shopping mall, mini-markt and land mark like Frog House. Clean & safe, plus with quiet even located near street and big town.....i recommend 💕

Very good Hotel in center of Bielsko. Is in the SFERA commercial gallery. You can park your car inside the SFERA parking and get directly into the hotel. Is not very comfortable because it closed during the night. The room is quite simple but clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is quite various and the food is international with a small part dedicated to polish food. We liked.

Probably the best hotel alternative in the heart of Bielsko-Biala. Safe and guarded garage topfloor parking free for hotel guests. Excellent breakfast with top quality content. Excellent wifi and big screen Smart-TV including international channels. Friendly and Englishspeaking staff.
